In preparation for the upcoming Diocesan Assembly in November 2024, formation sessions in Leadership & Governance are being held throughout the Ballarat Diocese, facilitated by Fr Justin Driscoll.

The formation session for the South-West will take place at St Joseph’s Church (169 Kepler St Warrnambool) on Sunday the 25th of August beginning with the 10:30am mass and concluding around 4pm.

Lunch will be included.

This formation opportunity is for Clergy, Parish Leadership Team, Finance and Parish Council Team members, School Leadership Team and Advisory Council members and any other members of our Church communities or organisations involved in leadership.

In preparation for the Assembly members of our parishes are being invited to consider how we might enable and empower good leadership and governance in our communities into the future.

Leadership & Governance was one of the six subjects studied in depth at the Plenary Council.
